Price Firewall Support

Price Firewall watches your Shopify variant prices, alerts you about dangerous changes and, on Pro, can restore the last safe price. We're happy to help with setup, settings and anything unexpected.

Contact support

Email bororadojcic1991@gmail.com. Please include your store's myshopify domain and, if relevant, the incident and product concerned. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

If automatic rollback behaves unexpectedly: open Price Firewall in Shopify Admin, go to Settings and turn protection off, then save. No further prices will be changed. Then contact us.

Common topics

Catalog sync

After install, the app reads your products in the background; the Home page shows the sync status. Existing prices become the starting safe prices, and nothing is changed during the sync. If the sync fails, use Retry on the Home page. New variants added later become baselines automatically and are not flagged.

Monitored variant limit

Free monitors up to 25 variants and Pro up to 5,000. Variants beyond the limit are not evaluated; the Home page shows how many are not monitored.

Free vs Pro

Free is alert-only: incidents are recorded and emailed if you set an alert email, and prices are never changed (7-day history). Pro adds automatic rollback, Protect and Custom modes, a larger variant limit and 90-day history.

Protection modes

Safe mode only alerts. Protect mode (Pro) automatically restores prices for the most dangerous rules. Custom mode (Pro) lets you choose the action for each rule. The Settings page explains what the selected mode does.

Alert-only behavior

An alert records an incident and sends an email if an alert email is configured. The new price stays in your store; you can review it in Incidents.

Automatic rollback

On Pro, with protection on and a rule set to automatic rollback, the app restores the last safe price and compare-at price. It first re-reads the live price and skips the rollback if the price has changed again, so it never overwrites a newer price you set.

Billing plan

Plans are managed and billed by Shopify. Use Upgrade to Pro in the app, or Shopify's app plan management, to change or cancel. If the app cannot verify your subscription it temporarily treats the store as Free, so no automatic rollback runs until the plan is verified.

Uninstall and reinstall

Uninstalling stops protection immediately and cancels queued rollbacks. Store data is deleted when Shopify sends its shop erasure request, normally about 48 hours later. If you reinstall, the catalog is synced again and current prices become the new safe prices.
